What the Sales Executive will do
As Sales Executive – Lubricant Industry, you are responsible for driving commercial growth of Olyslager’s solutions in the U.S. lubricant market. You operate independently from your home office and focus on building and expanding relationships with lubricant manufacturers, blenders, distributors, and related industry partners.
You work closely with internal stakeholders such as product, marketing, and management, and act as the commercial bridge between customer needs and Olyslager’s lubricant data solutions.
The role is aimed at an experienced sales professional who is comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment and navigating complex B2B sales processes.
The Sales Executive will:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. lubricant industry
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
– Drive consultative, value-based sales processes
– Manage and expand existing customer accounts
– Translate customer needs into actionable input for product development
– Track opportunities and pipeline activities in Pipedrive
– Represent Olyslager at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
– Travel regularly within the United States
You shape your own account strategy and manage your territory independently, with support from the wider organization.
Who we are looking for
You are an experienced sales professional with strong affinity for the lubricant and/or automotive industry. You enjoy building long-term relationships and selling complex, data-driven solutions.
You work independently, take ownership of your results, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal stakeholders.
In addition, the Sales Executive will:
– Have at least 5 years of relevant commercial experience
– Have experience within the lubricant and/or automotive industry
– Be comfortable working remotely from a home-office setup
– Have proven consultative selling experience
– Take ownership of accounts and commercial results
– Be proactive, persistent, and commercially driven
– Be willing to travel approximately 30–40%
