(Product) Marketing Manager

We specialize in developing, delivering, and maintaining energy management software for energy intense businesses as well as providing Virtual Power Plant services to TenneT. The head-office is located in Capelle aan den IJssel in The Netherlands.
The team of highly skilled people consists of energy managers, developers, support, and sales/account managers.
About the position
In this position you will have the (Product) Marketing responsibility for the company to ensure our industry solutions fit the market demands, build the brand and drive conversion towards our commercial team(s).
You will lead and decide what activities and actions that needs to be done for our future success that generates leads and conversion. You will have the responsibility to create proposition and pricing models that fits our business and value proposition. Tailored where needed for an industries specific needs.
The role is a strategic role to set up marketing strategies and roadmaps for the company as well being operative to execute the activities. Enova is active in the Netherlands, UK, Germany and Belgium which all will be in your scope.
Vitec Enova has started mid 2025 a strategic repositioning project which will be your starting point to fine-tune and bring to life.
About you
You have experience marketing management in B2B and product ownership. You have preferably a background in software industry and a solid experience in marketing management in B2B. Experience in a start-up, scale up or the energy industry is a plus.
We think that you have a university degree relevant for the position.
As you will be responsible for defining and executing our go-to market strategy, we expect you to have strong communication skills, with the ability to understand market segmentation, communication and how to generate leads that can be converted into customers.
We think you have experience with a product owner role or similar role where you translated customer input, innovation agenda and technilcal capabilities in a value and reveue generating roadmap.
You have the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment, with the support and resources within the company and from other companies in the group.
Since we are a scale-up company you have familiarity working in such a setting is a preference.

The company offers a complete energy management software package through its SaaS (Software as a Service) Energy Management Software (EMS).
