Vitec's software is at the heart of a variety of businesses such as pharmacies, real estate agencies, banks, energy companies and healthcare providers. We tech society. Skills supply is central in all our 46 business units, and as we grow – both organically and through acquisitions - the need for support in recruitment will also increase. Therefore, your expertise and support will be important to us.

What we offer

As part of the Vitec Group HR team, you will work in an international environment with recruitment support for managers in all our countries of operation. A large part of your job will be supporting the managers in our Dutch companies – currently eight, but we are continuously growing. Besides being the internal recruitment partner to the managers, you will also proactively search for and approach candidates, mainly developers. You will also contribute to our efforts within employer branding, to get Vitec more well-known both in the Netherlands and in other parts of Europe. Since we are a small team that is covering the HR processes in Vitec, there might also be other HR topics that you will cover according to your experience.

The HR team at Vitec is a strong team that, although we have independent roles, help each other with tasks and generously share information, knowledge and possible mistakes with each other to achieve the best results. Besides being part of Vitec Group HR, you will belong to our Delft-office, where we have around 40 colleagues from one business unit and our Shared Financial services.

We have a long-term perspective in everything that we do, which creates the conditions for you as an employee to use your energy wisely and maintain work life balance. The working hours will be flexible with the possibility of remote working.

We are flexible with the starting date, although the sooner the better.

What we are looking for

You have at least a bachelor’s degree within a relevant field and a few years of experience as a recruitment specialist. It is beneficial if you have experience in recruiting IT-staff and managers. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are motivated by the freedom and responsibility to independently plan, organize and run your everyday work. You are a “consider-it-done”-type of person, that is down-to-earth, humble and builds trust rapidly. You are clear, consistent and confident in your professional role.

Since you will be proactively sourcing in the Netherlands, it is important that you have great understanding of the Dutch labor market. As you will also support business units in all our countries of operation, you need to be fluent in not only Dutch but also English, both orally and in writing. Travel is a natural part of the work, mainly within the Netherlands but also within Europe.
